Almost all builders set aside an expense to pay for a buyers’ real estate agent when buying a new construction home. This commission is included in the price of every new home in Florida, whether you use an agent or not! This is where we come in. We will give you a 2% cash back home rebate, just for using us as your agents. The 2% rebate will be paid to you at closing for you to put toward home improvements, moving costs, new furniture, or a credit towards closing costs! Three important things to remember if you are buying a home:
- According to the Fair Housing Act, it is unlawful for builders to remove a buyers agent commission from the price of a home or to change the sale terms in any way. Meaning, they will NOT negotiate the buyers agent commission off the price of the home!
